How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Not sure I am going to make goal. My body seems to be at a resistant point. I have lost 15.8 lbs since the middle of July. I have a lot of health issues that make losing weight a lot slower than most. I have Hashimoto's, am hypothyroid because of the damage done, I also have PCOS and POTS. And then the physical issues, I have arthritis and bulging discs that rear their ugly heads as well. So even if I don't make this diet bet, me losing almost 16 lbs in about 3 months is a big thing and I shouldn't beat myself up too bad. I would like to make it though....pictures to remind me I have made accomplishments

I have Hashimoto too, it has been wreaking havoc on my life and emotions, I’m working on finding a new endocrinologist. You are doing the best that you can!!! Everyday is a new day!!
