Molly, I’m super stoked you’ll be sharing your tips and tricks with us this DietBet. These are some things I’m really hoping you can address!
- What are your macros? Or percentages?
- What kind of low carb are you doing if not full keto? (Ie high protein? Are you eating any good carbs like quinoa, fruit, yams etc at appropriate times such as after a workout?)
- If you eat 1300-1700 calories/day and “calorie zig-zag” do you track calories for a week instead? And if so how many total do you eat a week?
- How many times a week do you workout?
- How many steps do you do a day with Lilly? I just got an adorable puppy and it’s motivating me to walk a lot!

I’m really struggling with my last 30lbs and I think what you’re doing would work for me but I just need more details. Would be MUCH appreciated ❤

It’s not a keto following Millie, but you aren’t going to find any dietbet group that doesn’t contain people who do keto. If you don’t want any part in reading or hearing about keto you could always become a host and have guidelines preventing it in your group. To each their own, I wish I could eat carbs and I’ve invested a lot of money in diet plans where I should gave been able to but it’s just not how my body works due to my own health problems that aren’t caused by obesity to begin with.

Definitely not a Keto following or Keto group, Millie. I’m just aware that Molly has been successful with a low carb diet plan (not keto) and I’m just trying get more details to see if it would work for me as well. Keto was amazing for my first 60 lbs but hasn’t been so much for my last 30.

Same here Emily. I just don’t lose by eating high amounts of carbs even if it’s low calorie or good complex carbs. Endomorph life!
