Hey everyone! Happy Monday! With the holidays coming up I’d like to lose as much weight as possible. Hopefully with that being done, I can manage to stay strong through all the holiday treats! I’m ready to get rid of the extra weight! We’re all in this together! Good luck to everyone.

Building the good habits will make it so much easier! I know that when I can say no to treats in my office that I'll have an easier time saying no to excessive treats at the holidays. Obviously I will have some treats, but building up your "no" mind muscle is very important!!
