  • DAYYYYYYYY 4!!!!!!

    if you're anything like me weekends are probably tough for you? I'm always 100% on track during the week then weekend hits and i'm a garbage disposal.... Here's a few trick that i've learned that help a lot! I'd love to hear everyone else's as well!

    1) Keep it clean but enjoy yourself. Stick to vodka waters or similar if you want to drink or order a protein and veg no sauce if you go to a restaurant. Or a salad with easy cheese/nuts/sauce 
    2) Do something active first thing in the morning. You'll feel great and want to keep the ball rolling throughout the day so you don't ruin any progress 
    3) Eat something filling and healthy before going out anywhere. So you don't get hungry and eat something you maybe shouldn't
    4) enjoy your life and if you fuck up remember that one bad meal or day is not going to ruin your progress it takes an excess 3500 calories to gain or lose 1 lb of fat.
