How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Hey guys! I wanted to share these with you!

My ex used to love protein bars but they’re expensive and filled with junk so I started making these. Way yummier and no junk ingredients oh and 1/4 the price!

Recipe is in the comment section!

I have a similar recipe that I love.
¾ cup chopped Medjool dates
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup natural peanut butter
Chia seeds for garnish
1. Soak dates in a small bowl of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain.
2. Combine the soaked dates, oats and peanut butter in a food processor and process until very finely chopped. Roll into 12 balls (a scant tablespoon each). Garnish with chia seeds, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and up to 1 week, in an air tight container
