If you're hungry, eat more good food! You can have 6 cups of romaine lettuce for like 60 calories. Cucumbers are only a few calories for a large quantity. Make sure you're eating enough food too! Starving yourself will make binging a lot easier down the road.

I agree with Jaimi. On a lighter note, I have been running to train for 5k & I think my bum is slowly disappearing
