Oh man guys. I made it successfully through Halloween 👻 and the weekend! Feel like I’ve been doing really well. Now it’s shark week and the cravings are always strong and the bloat is unreal. My goal is to stay off the scale this week so I don’t get discouraged by the extra weight that always happens during this time and I’m just gonna focus on my nutrition and make sure I don’t gain any weight! Have a great week everyone!! ☺
