  • Hi everyone! I have lost over 100 pounds and had an abdominoplasty last February. This is one of the best things I have done for me. But after the summer, I have gained back few kg over my smallest weight and got a bit desattached of the gym.... And I don't want to keep this way! So here i am again. We can!
