Hi everyone! I've been a bit under the weather with an injury, but I'm finally getting some treatment and I'm ready to party! In a healthy, sustainable manner.

I'm Katie, a 37yo mother of 2 living in the NC mountains. I tend to follow IF (although I haven't been lately due to said injury) and an "everything in moderation" approach. My exercise of preference is riding horses (also currently on hold) and having dance parties with my preschoolers!

Hi ladies! Congrats on the new baby, April! <3 Abby, IF is intermittent fasting. I have found it works well for me, I eat what I want, but just in a certain part of the day (usually 1-5, give or take - I'm pretty loose about it and change my "eating window" based on what we all have going on). Really, it's helped me stop late night snacking and forced me to cut out that nightcap, which has made a difference! Looking forward to a fun game!
