Greens mpbsupps, 3 scrambled eggs, rice cake with almond butter and berries

Soft boiled egg on wheat English muffin. Had pre-workout and walked 4 miles. Banana. Saving calories for tonight. Will eat light lunch of 1/2 turmey, lettuce, mustard sandwich with handful of chips. Eating seafood tonight at OBX.
