How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Happy Monday everyone! Its the last week yall!!! How is everyone doing so far? I was really impressed on how many of you pushed through this weekend! Well done everyone!!! Here are our winners from last weeks challenges:

Had some rough patches over the last few weeks, but things are looking up. I'm only 2lbs away from my goal, so hopefully I can make it! Having dinner with a friend I haven't seen in over 10 years... My plan for the day is to get a good workout in and stick to healthy choices at dinner (2 or less glasses of wine)! Have a good day everyone!

NSV..... I was gold playing tennis tonight and was cold. My husband offered me one if his shirts. In the past, I would not have taken it because it would be too small. Now.. it was so big on me! Weighing less than him was such a milestone for me. I can’t believe I’m 25 lbs below him now. It truly is the little things!
