How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hello everyone I just joined and want to introduce myself. I’m Chance and I started using DietBet in 2017 but it didn’t start actually working for me until January 2018. I joined a transformer and it was a very active group. From there I learned about brightlineeating from one of the members. I lost 50 pounds by the end of the DietBet. I maintained my weightloss until I became pregnant in December.

    I just had my baby September 4th. I joined Jen and kandice Kickstarter and I lost 35 pounds! That’s more than 12% so I’m not going to win the bet unfortunately. Most of that weight was water weight I lost after have a c section. I was retaining a crazy amount of water!

    My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of this DietBet. I plan to do this by following a meal plan I will create using brightlineeating and walking at the park.

    I’m also going to use this DietBet for accountability, track water and sleep. I’ll be posting weekly weigh in updates and motivational quotes.

    I’m going to cheer you on and I hope you’ll do the same for me!! I love DietBet!!

My brother and sister-in-law do the bright line eating and they have had great results! I actually do the 2B mindset, but my sister-in-law has lost over 100 pounds doing it your way. You can do it!
