How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    I will never, ever, ever stop preaching about how important water is when trying to lose weight. It is VITAL to your success, but more importantly, to your health. The MINIMUM amount of water you should be drinking each day is half of your body weight in ounces of water. If you weigh 240 pounds, you need to be drinking a minimum of 120oz of water each day. It can be flavored (NOT WITH SOMETHING SUGARY) sparkling, tea, any kind of water counts! So for this weeks giveaway, I will be giving away a 32 ounce water bottle with two of my favorite water flavor enhancers!
