How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Happy week 2 everyone!! I hope you all had a successful first week! For this giveaway, I’m giving away the exact food scale I used throughout my journey along with a set of measuring spoons/cups! Learning correct portion sizes is SO important. I really can’t stress it enough. And I know some people think measuring and weighing your food is “excessive” but why? What about making sure you’re not over eating is excessive? I learned SO much by measuring my food. And after you do it for awhile, you really get the hang of it and soon enough, you no longer need to measure/weigh. You’ll know what an appropriate serving is just by looking. So if you’ve never measured or weighed your food before and you are struggling, PLEASE consider it. To enter to win this week’s giveaway, leave a comment below letting me know if you measure your food or not! Winner will be announced on Friday. Let’s have an amazing second week!

Molly A. , Lynsey K. and like this photo.

I have been measuring my food if I’m at home and try to pay attention to serving sizes so that when I’m out I have a better idea of how much a serving size is.

I do not measure my food. I should but its mostly because I feek like I am such in a rush to just get it on the plate and eat.
