How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I hope everybody did well I met my goal a couple months ago and I have maintained it, for that I am proud. but, what I’m not proud of is that I started this game had the same weight that I start all of these long games. I just don’t want the inevitable to happen, that once the motivation of the game is gone I lose the motivation to work as hard. During the games I can always justify not eating that extra slice of cake or to get up and get to the gym even if I really don’t want to that day, because I have this game and I don’t want to fail myself. But when the game is over and I feel like I can relax and breathe that’s when I start to slip and I don’t want to slip this time I’ve come too far, to many times???. I wish you all the best of luck and I hope the rest of your 2020 is much better. Go climb to greater heights! ?

Congratulations! I’m in the same boat you described. I want to hold the weight down, too. Hope for the best for ya!

If you are happy where you are Sign up for a maintainer challenge. That will keep you from slipping! It’s what I plan to do in the future. You look great by the way! Good luck to you Stacey!
