For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

This is the first round (on this bet) I’ve not won.. February for some reason completely disintegrated for me. I put on a couple of pounds at the beginning and haven’t managed to shift anything all month.

From the looks of things a few people struggled this month too! Suggestions for how to reset and get back on track?

I gained right after the last weigh in and what helped me was drinking tons of water every day and eating mostly veggies and protein at lunch and dinner. I tried to finish dinner by 6:30 every night but that was tough. I noticed when I had early dinners I lost more weight the following morning.

I got a bit lazy with my eating in mid-February so I had to tighten things back up. It was a 4-day treat binge that started with Valentines Day. I just hit reset one morning for my breakfast, then again at lunch, until I was back on track. The only decision that matters is the one in front of you. I feel sure you will make it the next round since you’ve done so well!!
