  • I’ve been sick since this DietBet started, which has slowed progress. However, I have been making progress, and have been so much better with my eating. In particular, I’m experimenting more with green smoothies (today’s has some fresh basil and parsley from my garden, along with some tomato, cucumber, chia seeds and wheatgrass powder - so good!)

Good job!! I’ve also been sick since starting and have not been making the best eating choices or exercising yet. Thank you for the inspiration!! Looks good and I’m sure is helping with healing and feeling better too!

Thank you! I find it hard to make good eating choices while sick, particularly when energy levels are low. Exercising is off the cards still but I have been feeling better for getting more veggies in than I usually do.
