  • A digital camera or smartphone

  • Lets start a thread together:

Not everything works for everyone but you may just find in the comments someone you can relate too that may help you out to hit your goals!!

What have you done/changed in your diet or exercise that has helped you?

    - Vegan
    - Paleo
    - Keto
    - Intermittent fasting
    - You name it!!!!!

How did it help? Are you still doing it? What were your learning curves? Why did you decide that was the right thing for you?

    Me:

I chose veganism. It was the healthiest way I could eat clean and not have to focus on calories while getting 200% more nutrients than my old crappy diet.

    Check out on Netflix:
    - What the Health
    - Game Changers

I also am giving intermittent fasting a chance just to see what the hype is about. So far its been an instant way to cut calories as I dont have time to put food in my mouth 24 Hr a day.

As for the gym- Im limited due to a major accident I had, but I go to the classes (yoga, zumba, body pump, etc) and just make sure that I sweat and work hard enough that I have to take pause part way through the class.

So what about you? What were you brave enough to change and try and why and how is it going?

Great post! I’m vegan. :green_heart: I would also recommend Forks Over Knives documentary. I think it’s on Netflix. That’s what inspired my partner and I to become plant based. We’ve since become truly vegan after educating ourselves on the impact on the environment and also the horrific treatment of animals. If everyone would go vegan we could save this planet and ourselves! :green_heart: :earth_americas: :green_heart:

I started a year ago on Dukan (hi lean protein, low carb), have migrated over to Keto for the past 2 months and added Intermittent Fasting this month. I love the IF way of life.
