Congrats to those hitting their goals and those still working on theirs! I see posts about celebrating winning by eating junk food. As much as I want to, using food as a reward when uncontrolled food is the reason I joined this bet in the first place makes me feel guilty lol. A small indulgence would be a well-earned treat, but does anyone else have junk food guilt?

I’m just taking it one day at a time, one meal at a time. I have so much junk food guilt when I make bad choices, but I try to give myself a small treat/break every now as it’s ok to not be perfect. I weighed in today and am waiting for verification. I still have another 36 lbs to lose to achieve my TOTAL goal, so the end of this round is not an excuse to go on a food-bender. There is a little more than a month left of 2019 - I’m going out swinging!!! :muscle:
