How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Birthday lunch on the go! I plan on enjoying some Red Lobster endless shrimp for my bday meal but not going to over indulge as I used to and get my steps in at a theme park. Balance! What's your favorite way to get healthier food on the go?

MAJOR MILESTONE!!! For the first time last night, I said something about watching carbs or sugar or ... I don't even remember because the person (who had just met me for the first time) looked at me, made a face, and said, "You don't need to lose weight."
HO-LEE SH!TBALLS BATMAN!!!
That is amazing!!!

  • I’ve really been into weird savory oatmeal’s lately. Sweet breakfasts usually make my tummy hurt, so most days I try to have something like an omelet or savory oatmeal. Today’s oatmeal (1/4 cup old-fashioned oats) was cooked with a little minced garlic and topped with a small Campari tomato, an egg, and a tablespoon of reduced fat feta.

Feeling discouraged.... I've been on point on diet the entire time with the exception of this past Saturday. Drinking at least 100oz of water every day and doing Morning Meltdown every morning. But the stupid scale WON'T BUDGE. I head a lot of success week one (over halfway to goal) but since then I can't get past this plateau (and have even fluctuated back up). What am I doing wrong? What are some good plateau breakers?

I have found success by purposely eating extra 1 or 2 days a week and then going back to a strict plan the rest.

  • 10 days left and 3 lbs to go. I've been working a lot, so this progress is mostly by eating better...cant wait to see results when I'm back to working out regularly!

  • Really proud of myself for this! Can’t believe I’m actually going to make it. My personal goal is to hit 175 by the end date!
