I’m finding myself doing really good throughout the day eating wise and then BAM 9 pm rolls around and it’s like everything must go in my mouth. Any tips out there?

Some great tips I’ve heard is... brush your teeth (food never tastes good after that), take a warm shower (forcing you to confront your nakedness lol and also relaxes you and passes enough time for cravings to pass), drink some hot tea, go on a short walk, or if able go to bed early!!

I totally know what you are saying. This happened to my daughter. My advice to her, she wasn’t hungry she was tired. You said this happens around 9pm, that sounds like your body wants rest not food. Try grabbing a glass of water, something to read and head to bed. Give it a few days to retrain your habit, remember it’s a marathon not a sprint. Good Luck!
