For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Congrats again to all those who made your goals and congrats to everyone who fought until the end! You all have worked so hard so be proud for yourself! Last thing i want to leave with you all...

    Check out these healthy tips to prevent weight gain during the holiday:

    1. Just because you see it, don’t mean you have to eat it.

    2. Fill your plate with more (or all) of the healthy foods and less (or none) of the unhealthy foods.

    3. Bring a healthy dish to the family gathering so you will have a healthy option.

    4. Do not drink your calories. Stay away from the sugary drinks such as sodas and juices. Water is always the best option. Save all your calories for food.

    5. Lastly, It’s okay to visit the people and not eat the unhealthy food! Time with family is the most important thing!
