  • Just a reminder, slow progress is still progress. Can't believe I'm almost 10 lbs lighter on the before photo. I'm working to get my weight below 140 for probably the 5th time in 5 years. Every time I look a little better! Sometimes I feel like I am moving backwards, but seeing this makes me feel like my slow progress is well worth the wait. Sometimes life has gotten in the way and I've fallen out of healthy eating and going to the gym and suddenly months have passed. I've worked hard to make lifting weights a regular thing and generally work out about twice a week. I am doing cardio now for the DietBet... but I usually am extremely sedentary (3-4k steps a day total, desk job). Weights are slowly changing my body, so hopefully I can keep up my weight loss so you can see more of my hard work!
