  • Let’s talk about the struggle!! Today was an emotional and mentally taxing day!! I had skin cancer removed from my face. I am 35. All I wanted to do after was eat queso and comfort foods. Today and tomorrow will be the hardest as I’m in pain and mentally just wiped. Does anyone have advice for staying on track when something bad happens?

So sorry to hear about your struggle! I would definitely say you shouldn’t deprive yourself of food you want, but if you think it will send you off the rails and you can’t eat it in moderation, maybe consider some non-food ways to treat yourself! Maybe a nice hot bath, a massage, a pedicure! Trust me, you deserve to feel good! And remember, you don’t have to be perfect to be amazing! You can do this. :heart:
