How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Here is your challenge as promised!

    Complete this workout by Friday morning (12/6) for a chance to win an amazon gift card. I will randomly pick 2 players from the comments of this thread only. Each winner will receive an amazon gift card sent via email for $35 (giving you your bet back amazon ????)

    You must complete both parts of the workout starting with 1 mile of cardio then delving into the 2 rounds below. If you can’t do all of these movements please modify, but please do your best to keep moving at an even pace the entire duration or the workout and do your best to do both rounds. Quick yet effective for all fitness levels. If you need a break take it, please use you best judgement based on your physical ability.

    Post some sort of proof that you completed the challenge in the comments below! Selfie, screen shot of your activity watch ETC.

  • Did deadlifts instead of jumping jacks due to no jumping on my foot. Also 20min on assault bike to meet my mile of cardio. Did the rest in my second workout block (at the bottom)


  • My phone is only letting me post one photo. This is only the second time I have been on the treadmill since we moved 3 months ago. So glad I had some motivation to get into better habits!

  • Thought I would share this hilarious experience with all of you. I love Built Bars and have been ordering them for some time now so I decided to order two boxes during their Black Friday sale. Well, today they were delivered and spent a good chunk of time sitting on my front porch while I was at work. When I got home today I noticed the box was chewed open and some bars were missing! I followed the pieces of wrapper into the woods next to my house but could not find remnants of the missing bars. Looks like a squirrel or something enjoyed my Vanilla bar AND Double chocolate mousse bar. Hope they enjoyed!

  • Dinner tonight tilapia, bacon wrapped scallops and cauliflower rice “risotto” go checkout my IG story for details. I do all of my food posts and how I cook things on my IG because I can’t post videos or multiple photos here on the dietbet wall without it looking messy, plus unfortunately we can’t post videos here.. hopefully they update that soon. Just want you guys to know that’s why I always ask you guys to follow along there :)

    Had a great workout tonight another grueling but rewarding 60 mins on the stair master + weights. Going to do the dietbet challenge myself tomorrow :)
