Anyone have tips for dieting while sick? I started my Challenge with a bad reaction to a new med that left me nauseous all morning, only able to keep down saltine crackers (which are WAY higher calorie than you'd think) and a fairly sugary smoothie from the grocery store. Then once I felt better I got SO HUNGRY. Does anyone have any foods they turn to while sick? Just looking for ideas, thanks 💕

Soup with lots of veggies,lentils for extra protein,turmeric is a good addition too. Feel better!
