Anyone struggle with healthy dinners the whole family loves? Joel and I definitely have tastes for different foods (I’m a sea food junkie and he's a steak kind of guy), but the Jalapeno Beef Burgers from my recipes list in the guide is a Freeman household favorite! What are your go-to healthy dinner recipes? Post it as a comment in this post by Friday and I’ll pick one WINNER to receive a jar of BREANNE’S BLEND PEANUT BUTTER and announce this weekend. My people are pretty picky but an easy go to is grilled or baked chicken, lightly seasoned with green beans and some type of fruit.

  • A staple in our house is Tandoori Chicken. Made in the air fryer. Moist. Tender. Juicy and so much flavor. There is 1 tsp of Ghee (1/2 tsp each side) to help get that nice char on the chicken. Mix everything together and let the chicken Marinate for 30 min. Great with rice, quinoa, on a salad or chop it up in a wrap. Note it isn’t as red as in the restaurant. Food coloring is often used and I don’t. I have recipe on the right, macros under the picture. Enjoy! Hope it’s right. Still learning how to use the loose it app. This makes 4 servings (4 x 4oz chicken breast)
