Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good morning everyone! For those that celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday, I hope you all had an amazing/guilt free day! I know I enjoyed my moms homemade pumpkin pie. Remember, if you overindulged yesterday don’t get down on yourself. It’s one day out of the year to enjoy time with loved ones and sometimes you just need another helping of bread rolls :) ! Here is our Workout Weekend Challenge to help us kick start our healthy habits again! Please choose 10 exercises out of the ones listed and complete at least 1-2 rounds either Saturday or Sunday. ! If you aren’t sure what an exercise is then please feel free to Google it or modify as needed. Also feel free to add weights to any of these exercises too. For the step ups you can either use stairs or a couch. Just be careful not to roll your ankles folks! You can post a screen shot of your fitness tracker, a sweaty selfie, or a simple “I completed the challenge” to be eligible to win. I will pick two winners on Monday morning 12/02/19 PST for a $10 Amazon Giftcard! Cheers to an awesome weekend everyone!!
