For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

How's it going in here? Did you maintain through the holidays? I'm pretty proud of myself. I kept up with my food tracking on every day except Christmas day, and I am only up half a pound.

Ready to get back to work to resume my normal routine! Too many variances with two weeks off, travel, son home from college, etc., there was no consistency! I kept up (mostly) with workouts, but food choices weren’t always the best. It’s ok though. That’s what life is.
