How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- I had a huge weekend! I had the opportunity to go to Charlotte where I was featured for my weight loss success story at Oprah's 2020 vision tour! They showed a video with oprah narrating my story (along with that of 3 other women) and we got to meet her on stage! That's me in the red. It was such a blast getting styled and I got to keep this outfit along with 2 others (including jewelery, shoes, and BRAS since I didn't have any that fit me properly anymore).
