I own a t-shirt company and have spent the last 4 days confined to my office working preparing for Black Friday. Now I’ll spend the next few days also confined to catch up from Black Friday. I’m exhausted and barely have time to shower let alone workout. I’m feeling defeated. 😭

Try not to get too worried about not being able to workout. I know it’s not easy but don’t make it an ‘excuse’ to not eat well. You could still win the DietBet without the exercise. You can do it!

I can’t work out yet but I do march in place on commercials. I had a medical setback but watch what I eat.
I understand you worked hard all week but if you ate right you still might have lost weight. Keep going. We have time.
