I love doing 10 minute dumbell workouts I find on YouTube. Weight lifting is my favorite. Yoga is great, too! :grinning:

My go to is the high school track. As I walk it I think about the young kids that use this area and wish I could warn them about what being overweight and then losing does to your body(and skin).lol.
