Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy New Year! Are you guys ready to make 2020 the best year ever? YES!

    I know many people make resolutions, but for me, I try to avoid that term. Instead, I try to set a reasonable/attainable goal, plan how I'm going to get there (diet and/or exercise), and then put that plan into action. For me, that includes meal planning, a workout routine that I stick to (even when I don't want to) and a weekly cheat meal so I don't feel totally deprived!

    Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how you plan to attack your 2020 goals?

I think focus on the positives instead of the negative statements helps!
I will drink 3 quarts of water a day versus I will not drink any soda sends a better message to the brain. If I focus on no soda...I’m still focused on soda, when I focus on more water...I’m focused on water. I think it’s better to focus on the water, since I want to increase that, I let that be the focus...eventually I forget all about the soda
