I really like it! It simplifies things for me.
I will admit, I do have the occasional pickle or olive, but that's about it.
Its definitely a mind set just like anything else. If you spend your day dwelling on what you *can't* have, it will be very hard. But if you tell yourself you *get* to eat bacon and steak to satiety, ot becomes much easier!
