How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Friday everyone! I hope you are all having a fantastic first week! For this challenge I decided to do an Ab burnout with you all. I figured we can all break this up to make it more manageable. For example: x10 mountain climbers and x5 crunches or sit ups. And repeat until you get to 100 mountain climbers and 50 sit ups. I’m going to get mine done tomorrow and I’ll make sure to share my suffering with you all haha! We can do this team!! Complete this challenge either Saturday or Sunday to be eligible to win. I will be giving away two $10 Amazon Giftcards on Monday 1/20/20 for those that complete the challenge! You can post it here, the DietBet wall, or the Facebook page as I check all three places :). You can post a screen shot of your fitness tracker, a sweaty selfie, or a simple “I completed the challenge today” will be okay with me. Also if you need to swap out any of the exercises or modify the reps, you can 100% do that! I know some people may have injuries or disabilities so I’m more than willing to accommodate so it’s fair for everyone. Let’s get those abs burning!!!

Well poop, I forgot to do the weekend challenge. I meant to do it yesterday, but was not feeling the greatest. I procrastinated myself right out of time! I will do it after work tonight, just to prove to myself that I can do though!
