It has been a rough week! A lot of stress has meant no exercise and lack of appetite. When I do eat I’m eating the worst possible thing. Trying to find the motivation to get back on track since last week was so great. Anyone else having an off week??

I’ve stumbled and fallen so bad this week to the point where I thought I couldn’t recover yesterday I started working out again and back to my regular routine finally I feel like I can do this but first I have to overcome my site back
