How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

How did it get to be week 3 already? I hope everyone is enjoying the game and starting to notice some positive changes. When I say positive changes, that's not limited to weight loss. It can be improved sleep, healthier looking skin, increased energy, etc! Replacing unhealthy habits can result in so much more than weight loss.

Have you developed any new healthy habits that you plan on sticking to after the game is over?

What's been your biggest struggle so far and how have you managed to overcome it to maintain your forward path towards your final goal?

Through this challenged I have cooked at home during the week (and most weekends!) and this is huge for us. We don’t have kids so we often succumb to Uber eats. It’s helped with weight loss and our finances!!

The biggest challenge has been consistent exercise. It’s been tough getting back on track.

I have started getting up at 4:45 each morning and attending different types of workout classes and i do a second workout after work twice a week. I have also started making homemade overnight oats with blueberries and bananas (ive never been a breakfast person) and it has turned out to be really good and is kicking that sweet tooth that i cant get to go away. I feel like the last 2 weeks I have been successful and its been nice to switch some workouts and food menus up so i can shock my body and lose this weight! 15 lbs until goal weight, whoop whoop!
