We are officially into the second week. That means it's time for us to look back over the last week.

On Day One, I posted this:

I lost 4 lbs. That's my focus and win. After over 4 months of consistently buying chips and pop on the weekend, I have not had chips or pop once since I started this dietbet. That is a HUGE win for me!
