How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I am in need of help. I workout everyday! 30-45 minutes. I do have not have a lot of options for workouts. I have an elliptical. I walk my dogs. I am looking for an app that can add to my workouts. I went up 9 pounds in a week. I am a women, so that does play a part in it. I have given up sweets, soda, and alcohol. HELP!!

Thank you everyone. I am going to log my food on the Fitbit app. I feel I do portion control very well. This might be a rude awakening.

I am finding that logging my food is really helping. I haven't seen too much of a drop in weight but am definitely feeling less bloated. Sodium is definitely one thing to watch for. I dropped 6 pounds in a week myself once I started cutting out the sodium. Best of luck. You will find what it is and crush it!
