How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Welcome to Day 1 of “Transform with Chris and Heidi Powell in 2020”! We’re so excited to spend the next 4 weeks with you! For your first transformation tip—and we share this on day 1 in ALL of our games, we’re sharing what is—without a doubt—our #1 transformation tool. And if you can master this tool, the sky’s the limit for you!

This tool has to do with Integrity—doing what you say you’ll do when you say you’ll do it. We are so good at having Integrity with others, but we’re not so great at having Integrity with ourselves. The clients we work with have had 100, 200, 300+ pounds to lose, and this weight is NOT fat. No. It’s 100, 200, 300+ pounds of broken promises. And those who have been successful at losing—and keeping—the weight off have become master promise keepers. Here’s a whole blog post about promises to get you started. And promises don't have to be huge! The tinier and simpler the better. If you’re having a hard time choosing your first promise, try one of our Foundation Five:

1. Drink an extra quart of water daily.
2. Eat breakfast within 60 minutes of waking (or as soon as your feeding window opens).
3. Eat a source of protein at every meal.
4. Reduce sugar to less than 50g OR sodium to less than 3000mg
5. Deliberately move for 5 minutes every day.

Here’s another key to building your Integrity: Only work on ONE promise at a time. Only one! When you add in additional promises, your chance of keeping even one of them plummets. So only one.
