For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

The $50 a year is cheaper then $5 a month and you do have the opportunity to progress monitor all year without joining a specific game. I do it that way, and if I am getting stuck I join a game for more accountability. I ALSO won a wonderful prize in a drawing. That is a great asset to just paying the $50 and having a weekly weigh in to keep you on track.. Good luck Melody in what ever you chose. Healthy life style keeps us young and more fit!
