I’ve been wanting to do a DietBet for a while now, but I’ve been hesitant. I saw this one and knew it was the one I’m meant for! I’m a Ravenclaw and love the theme of this! Any advice for a first timer would be appreciated!

Welcome, check on here regularly for motivation but be sure not to compare your progress to others. Everyone's bodies are different. Remember to eat clean 80% of the time because consistency is key. Drink plenty of water and try not to eat a ton of processed foods. Meal prepping has saved me a ton of time and food cravings. Finally, just be proud of for starting and stay positive! :)
