How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Ugh. My weight is going the wrong direction. Time to buckle down again with everything, especially my food. For those that track your food in an app, how do you keep up with it? I do okay through lunch and then bail. Or maybe make it 1-2 days. I just can’t seem to be consistent tracking it.

@Michelle S... Love this. What a great way to keep yourself accountable!

I agree with Michelle. Planning and logging in advance not only helps make the right decisions, but also let’s you see what right looks like...for example, I’ve had items before logging it thinking it fits in my calorie/macro goals, and find later I was way off after eating it when I can’t adjust further for that day.
