How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • With a lot of changes happening, many of us are struggling with keeping up a healthy lifestyle.

    Being home with constant access to the pantry or fridge, not having access to the gym, lack of a set schedule, stress or anxiety, maybe some boredom... There are a lot of new struggles to overcome.

    My challenge to you this weekend is to spend some time self-monitoring. Instead of getting frustrated over the things you're struggling with, keep a journal. Identify when you are struggling, how you are feeling, and possibly how you can make changes. In addition to collecting valuable information, often just the act of self-monitoring helps!
