How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Are you drinking enough water?

    No matter what strategy or plan you are following in this game, one thing is for certain... they all recommend that you drink plenty of water!

    A couple easy tips:
    1. Track your water consumption with an app or pen and paper
    2. Use a visual reminder such as a marked water bottle or 8 rubber bands on your wrist and switch them to the other hand as you finish a glass
    3. Make water more fun by adding fruit
    4. Try your water hot! I love warm lemon water in the morning
    5. Tie drinking a glass of water to a habit or time of day. (first thing in the morning, before a meal, before bed, right when you get to work...)

I love #5! I'm going to start doing that! I'll have water when I first wake up, another glass or bottle after my workout, another when I get to work, drink some throughout the day, and another right when I get gone from work. Then I'll slow down so I can sleep ;)
