How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

You can weigh in either day. If you’ve made your weight on Sat weigh in so that if it gets rejected for any reason you have extra time.

I am eating clean this week and I woke up and I weighed myself and I’m down 2 1/2 pounds since Sunday. Super excited because I didn’t even work out on Monday. I should be good to go on the weigh in this weekend. How is everyone else doing? What are you doing to hit your goal?

Hey Dee! I also failed miserably through the first round and two weeks of this round. Two weeks ago I started a Nutritarian Diet and got it back on track! Just keep going - you can do it.

I’m on track to hit this goal, but it’s going to be close. I’ve been carb cycling and my high carb day is going to fall just before weigh in which is a bummer because I retain water for a day or two afterwards before the weight drops again. Hopefully it’s only one day this time! But I’m loving the effects of eating more, feeling better and losing weight. Fingers crossed!

The countdown is on! We are eating clean this week. No sugars. No eating out. No soda. Nothing processed. No desserts. By the time we weigh in I should be under 160 and I can’t wait!
