  • Top tips for shedding fast :

    1. More water more weight loss. Drink up- especially if it’s hot outside by you.

    2. Eat!! It’s good to eat, you’ll sometimes see on days that you eat more, you weigh less, but focus on veggies! Focus on the lean machines like lettuces, kale, spinach, eggplant, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, zucchini, cucumber, celery etc.

    3. Eat enough protein at your last meal so you can stay full for the night and be “dinner & done”. Bonus ounces if you try to make that earlier rather than later so you give your body ~12 hours to digest and rest before you weigh in.

    4. get more sleep

    5. use less salt/soy sauce/miso/pickles/ & bottled condiments .. and replace with herbs and seasonings like basil, garlic and onion powder. Use fresh tomatoes instead of ketchup. Use lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, vinegar and oil to replace dressings and sauces


    6. If you’re constipated, try magnesium, or dandelion or hibiscus tea or another brand tea with a detox blend like the kind by yogi.
