Got my week 2 cardio blend in this morning. This is my second round and after doing all the workouts this one may be my fav. She is always motivating, but I feel it a little more in this one. My problem has been snacking. I know what I need to do but the problem is I don’t 😭 Just gonna keep on trying!

I’m also R2 W2 cardio was good today. I also struggle with snacks & Been snacking w BB protein bar. Any suggestions for other healthy snacks?

Last night I pan friend a diced apple with cinnamon and some coconut oil and it was a nice snack for my son and I. I’m going to try and stick with snacking on carrots, date dipped in pb, nuts, or fruits.
