Someone I work closely with has the virus, they tested Sunday and got the results today. I just worked in close proximity to them on Friday. I wore a mask and gloves to work. So far I'm good but I'm really freaked out. It's just about lunchtime and I usually get an exercise session in now but I feel pretty catatonic right now. I think I'm in shock.

Hi. I can imagine how you‘re feeling. Most of us are going to get it. It‘s almost impossible not to get it. The other day I listened to so many worrying news that I started having troubles breathing. Don’t go crazy like I did for that moment. Do things you like and think about beautiful things. Do something for someone who is in need. You‘ll feel better immediately.
