The scale went up again, even though I'm in track with exercising, my water intake is great and I track my calories. According to my scale I didn't gain muscle weight, so I hope I can still make it. I should be able to, because I was already there. I'm positive I can do it, but any extra tips are welcome at this point! 😅💪

@Jessigutz thanks for the tip! I take the pill so I don't get my period. At least I shouldn't, so that can't be it. I've never really tried fasting, so I've never had electrolyte water. I'll be sure to check it out, thank you!
